Let me just get one thing out of the way, before I continue:



Oh but I LOVE IT SO MUCH! Last time I posted on my blog I was pregnant with the little nugget. She is now 10 MONTHS OLD, as of today! I have decided that since we are approaching on her 1 Year Birthday, I am going to document the process for the next few months. How fun will that be? NOT! I will post little things along the way to make up for lost time.

With that being said, I start my first post off with
HAPPY 10 MONTHS, BABY GIRL! WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!

Miss Bryn's 1st Birthday is sneaking up on us! So far I have the outfit ordered, invitations picked out, and party favors bought. I need to contact the cake lady, go to my favorite candy shop to order the candy, truffles, etc., and make sure the soft serve ice cream machine is rented. Walk to End Alzheimer's!

I have decided to participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer's this year at Trinity Park in Fort Worth. I don't participate in such things, usually just donate and cheer on the cause. I think in all my life I have done 1 walk in Dallas, which was about 15 years ago, and I most definitely volunteer and attend the Annual Danielle LeBlanc Memorial Benefit Concert for Battered Women , every year. But other than that, I don't actually "participate", much less lead a team. So, taking the initiative to LEAD a team is huge for me. But I am so excited to be part of this cause. Ever since my Gram was diagnosed with Dementia, and later on discovered the long term effects of this, I was terrified. Then to find that this disease is the single largest unaddressed public health threat facing the nation today, I had to do something about it.
